  1. Here are the Stats for NFL Week #5 for use with FFLM!

  4. To use the stats, do the following:
  5.  
  6. 1. Copy the following file into your FFLM directory on your hard drive:
  7.    FFLM9405.FFU
  8.  
  9. 2. Run FFLM and use the UPDATE menu item in the FFLM menu to import the
  10.    stats into the program.  You must have Version "E" or later of FFLM
  11.    in order for this update to work.  Make sure you are in Week #5 in
  12.    the program.

  14. 3. If you manually added a player to the database, you will need to use
  15.    the Player Maintenance/Consolidate feature in order for that player
  16.    to be awarded the correct points.

  19. Updates
  20. =======
  21. The latest update to FFLM is Version "I", which is available at all
  22. of the standard distribution sites. You don't need Version "I" if you
  23. aren't having any problems with FFLM.  It is mainly a bug fix for some
  24. of the features that were recently added.  It also contains an update
  25. to the player database, which fixes some of the Team QB scoring problems.

  27. If you have Version "I", then you can unzip the enclosed UPDATE.ZIP
  28. file.  It contains a new PLAYERS.FF file and NFLINFO.FF file with the
  29. latest player transactions and changes.  If you are still using Version "H"
  30. or earlier, then do not copy the files from the UPDATE.ZIP file.

  32. Look for FFLM94I.ZIP if you want to get the latest update.  Another major
  33. update (Version "J") is coming soon, probably around October 9th...

  36. Primary Source for Stats and Preliminary Stats!
  37. ===============================================
  38. Because of the traffic on the FFLM BBS at (608) 845-3742 on Tuesdays when
  39. everybody is trying to access the stats, I have made arrangements with
  40. EXEC-PC (the world's largest BBS) to be the primary source for FFLM stats!
  41.  
  42. EXEC-PC has over 250 phone lines, so you won't have to worry about getting
  43. a busy signal when you are trying to get your stats on Tuesdays...
  44. Just call (414) 789-4210 for 2400 baud, or (414) 789-4360 for 9600 and up.
  45. You can access the stats on your first call even if you are not a member
  46. of EXEC-PC.  From the main menu of EXEC-PC, just type [F] for Files, and
  47. then [F] for the Free area, and then [F] again for Fantasy Football.  To
  48. see a list of the files, type [L] twice to get a directory listing.  That's
  49. all there is to it.  Just remember "FFFLL" to get a listing.  Thanks to

  52. The FFLM BBS will still be the primary place to get technical support and
  53. program updates for FFLM.  But EXEC-PC will provide a very reliable source
  54. for the weekly FFLM stats updates for those of you that are experiencing
  55. busy signals on the FFLM BBS.

  58. Preliminary Stats On Sunday Nights
  59. ==================================
  60. In addition to weekly stats, preliminary stats are available around midnight
  61. (Central) on Sundays for those of you that want to see how your league
  62. is doing before the Monday night game.  The preliminary stats will only be
  63. available on the FFLM BBS and on EXEC-PC starting with Week #4.  (The final
  64. stats will still be posted at all of the usual locations on Tuesdays).
